A credit card will be required for appointment reservations. If you find you are unable to make your originally scheduled appointment time, please reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Last-minute changes made with less than 12 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee. If you send another client in your place, you will not be charged.
Emergency situations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please reschedule if you are ill or have a fever. If you arrive visibly ill you will be sent home and referred to your primary care physician.
Pixie Bodyworks is located in a multi-professional suite – I do not wish to fall prey to illness, nor put others at risk. Taking care of yourself takes care of all of us.
